I am amit and I have a work for HDFC 1year past and my job to collection a money. I am calling the customers and give the information of customers plan and due date pay of money but I am sock customers are say I have a no any plan then I am confirm the name then customer also sock they are tel me I have give a money deposit the bank but bank are open the health insurance, invest the market and another plan. Without customer say. Customer are very angry to HDFC employees And customer have no any recipe and no information of what plan are open in customers money. The lot of customers are angry the HDFC bank and employees different branch’s are complain but no any help the customer.
