Dear friends I want to share my experience with the HDFC. I have shifted my Loan Against Property from DHFL to HDFC for reducing my Monthly EMI for thirteen years vide loan account No . They reduced my EMI but increase the time period for 15 years. The agent of the bank cheated with me. However main problem is service and support. They do not give any information about the pending loan amount. I want to bring an important point which is un justice with the customers. The point is as in every quarter RBI change the rate of interest. If RBI reduced the rate of interest then HDFC authorities neither given any information to the customers nor reduced the EMI. It is a true fact. Some times customer dont have time to check the rate of interest or No knowledge about this. in that case they charge the EMI as per Previous rate of interest. If any customer ask for reducing the rate of interest as per RBI guide lines they charge the processing fee. That is why I have given the title "Cheating with customers" of my review. Any person can check from the bank and can give my reference or loan account No 611879755. Recently I contacted with bank authorities and pay the processing fee for reducing the EMI. They should have given the information to the customer in case RBI Reduced the Rate of Interest.
