This is the only bank whose customer care service is like a visit to hell.
I drop my check in their ATM drop box, and waiting for the clearance of my check . As it was cross bank check and also different city bank check, I know it will take 5 working days to clear it.
So, I was waiting for the clearance . After the completion of 1 week I enquired about my check. I come to know that just because of name mismatch in the check and account name they blocked it.
So if they blocked it why they didnt call me , as I had mentioned my phone number in the pay-n-slip as well as behind the check.
Really I am feeling sick of this account.
