HDFC is one of the best service provider to there customers, I am also a new customer of this bank. I opened my account on January 2017. There international services help me to do any transaction worldwide.
The Number of ATMS are sufficient but for there present customers there are many cities where there are very less or no ATM of this bank. If this bank want to survive then it musr consider the increasing demand of there customers.
If you talk about there internet or mobile banking then I will say that is superb. There internet banking help me to do any transaction from any place at any time. And there mobile banking help me to have a control over my detalis of my bank balance and other queries.
But there staff attitude or behaviour is not decent it may be not for all but for me it is a big problem that there behaviour is very rude to me.
Overall I will say that this bank is a average performer.
