Horrible service for credit cards

I had opted for a HDFC credit card some 6 months ago and got it within a month of applying. But now I have ceased to use it as I have suffered a lot because of it.Three months ago I booked 2 bus tickets on my credit card from Hyderabad to Chennai. But this problem arose when I got to know that the guy in the counter of that travel agency has swiped my card thrice. The good thing was his boss called me up and informed me of this and duly apologized for it. He suggested me the way ahead to get those transactions nullified and get the money back to my credit card account. I consulted with the people in the bank and as was to mentioned to me put an application to the Bank Manager stating my concerns wherein I gave my card no. and other relevant details.They told me I had nothing more to do.


But till now no action has been taken by them. I have got fed up by shouting at them over the phone and I guess I will have to pay for it ultimately. One more problem with these people is they don’t have a net banking system and don’t send the credit statement on the net. This is a problem for me as I have changed my address and hence not being able to get my credit statements by mail although I had put a request for the change in mailing address. Overall the whole experience has been pretty bad.
