I have a credit card of HDFC BANK and I have card from citi bank and barclays bank also but but hdfc bank services is too bad, to explain.once I droop cheque for credit card payment in hdfc bank atm before 5 day from my due date. when next statement came to me I saw rs.400 charges for late payment, i made a call to call centre they replied very rudely, they said " you have to pay these charges".
I said this is not my fault earlier I used to do payment like this I never charged for that, if your guys dont pick cheque timely from atm this not my fault, they refused my request for wave off that charges.once I faced same problem with citi bank I made a call to call centre and got positive responce and bank waved off late payment charges.after that hdfc bank debited amount from my a/c wiyhout my consent.and blocked my card and threat me daily to give all balance charges. I write to bank many time about the matter but I could not get any response from the bank side, what should I do.
