I am very much disappointed with customer care services.
I had to block my card as it was lost.I requested for another debit card that was to arrive in next five days but I did not receive it.When I tried to contact Customer care for the status of my card no one gave me the status.All of them kept saying contact phone banking.Dial this dial that.I tried everything but was unable to get any status of my card.This was not expected .Its very much disappointing.I kept waiting on calls till my balance got over but I could not get the status
