There are more than one incidences of poor service & cheating marketing persons from HDFC Bank. I am customer of HDFC Bank, Bibwewadi, Pune.
1.First their marketing executives made false claims to get my current account upgraded, when I got unexpected charges nobody turned out despite several follow ups. Relation Manager once came for special account discussion, when I presented case, he said " many times under target achievement pressure our exec.s put false promises." then he also never turned up with solution.
I required CC urgently, despite taking against Own FD, It took 2 Months & 12 rounds of follow up to clear it, what pathetic response it is.
My childs account, mktg. exec.s claim was anything in excess of Rs.5000 would go to FD automatically. When I checked.after 6 months with deposits in excess of 1, 00, 000/- I got shcoker.alll amount lying idle FD never happened. Loss of income on savings. This is the worst kind of allround performance one can see in banking sector.
