I am holding an HDFC account for past 4 years yet I i wanted to open another joint account they asked me for all my documents again and they said every month you have to 1000 rs will deduct as it will go in recurring account. I was okay with it again when I asked I want to fixed deposit some of my amount they started explaining you are wasting your money in fixing your amount.
They suggested me many schemes but I don’t want to invest in any of these so I asked them I have to think about it. Than they started calling me and harrasing me by telling this is last day and all bull shits. so I am more happy in online banking rather than going to bank.
