I have both good an bad exprince in HDFC, HDFC bank is one more pupolar bank in india . HDFC bank provied any financial services to user . HDFC bank has many branch in all over india, But our murshidabad distic there is only 2 branch which not enough .
I dont know abou other branck but our nerest branch there behave is not so soft . but if u have any account in HDFC you can get very good behave from them and if not there customar they beahve not good .
But when I go another branch of HDFC bank there bhave is really good and very soft .
One more thing HDFC bank is second largest bank in india as measured by assets .
Good bank has many good qulitys, HDFC is very Good bank just need little more improve is needed otherwise HDFC bank is really good and Batter Services.
