Poor response from HDFC

Hi.

Found out that NON activation of TPT and NEFT transaction  was my mistake of not answering the Phones. Bank did contact me for TPT transfer activation.

However the whole procedure required too long to complete.

The Web portal service still remains way below competitors. To file a complaint, one has to pass through score of Pre-fixed type of complaints and then only actual complaint is received by bank.
