A Few days before, I was in the HDFC BANK at Lucknow. I do want to open an account in HDFC BANK. I take advice with the manager of that bank. What I realize that phone banking is good but costly. ATM is as usual as other, but too costly after 3 transactions, it would be 200 per transaction.
ATM are not easily available in town or rural places. Its internet banking is as usual as other banks. The customer service of the HDFC is ok. I realize that the opening of an account is too high, about 10, 000 Rs.
Overall, I feel that this bank is not so good, but not cost effective. Thanks
