At the the time of Covid-19 HDFC bank still making money by giving Foul charges in the name of Fine.
I am the customer of the bank for last 10 yrs by paying EMI, this time while everything is not order, they charged me heavy fine without notify me while deducting EMI from my account. Some time they deduct money by their own choice and any date.
So what about the customer when he don’t know when the EMI would be deduct without notification.
They now start their wrongdoing by charging unnecessary money from customer account when I am being the consistent payer for the bank.Very disappointed.
