Today my opinion is about HDFC bank and its customer service.
Although, you might have accounts in some privatised banks in India with a believe that it will save your money for your future and hence that becomes a trustworthy party for you.
You must have noticed that when you go to banks to apply loan or open a FD or RD account they will serve you much than when you withdraw your money or close an account.
I applied loan from HDFC through an automobile dealer and when during my loan months I was told from bank that if any issues arise we will help you out with it but once my term was over they were supposed to provide me with NOC but after so many followups they did not send any NOC nor they have communicated via any means. How pathetic HDFC has become. Avoid such banks in terms of loans.
