Today my day was spoiled because of the employees in HDFC bank, vibhav khand, gomti nagar, Lucknow(uttar pradesh).The two ladies sitting on the very first right column you enter are so disrespectful, mean speaking, full of attitude, non-helping.
They have absolutely no sense in public dealing and do not know now to answer their account holders.
I must say I always appreciated this bank but today’s incident .let me remind them that we as citizens have thousands of banks to approach to.i really appreciate union bank in this regard.BUT this branch will soon lose people if they keep up this attitude.
I am done with this bank now and forever!
