The ghatkopar branch is the worst lot of the overall branches...Account activation. Despite of giving them all the proofs they beat around the bush. Its like you have to literally beg these folks for the account to get opened. Cooperative banks are better off than this bank run by stupid people.
Highly arrogant staff...they will run behind you for getting the account opened...If I ever got a chance to meet the management . I will give them what it takes to show them that they are the worst of the lot even compared to our BMC though they are in a different line of work...
Bottomline: HDFC Bank sucks and stinks...better off to open account in other banks have been running from pillar to post but to no avail...even the HO is just like Dhritrashtra of Mahabharata. They understand the customer but don’t action on anything....
