This is cheating, if EMI/Jumbo Loan option was not available on my card, then your executive should not have committed me that once I make the payment of Rs 8888 they will start the process and do the needful.
I am filing complaint in consumer court and will make sure that I will get justice. Further, the executive who had a word with me was so rude, I think HDFC does not know what customer service is.
I need resolution asap. Call me on 8010 to resolve this issue.
