This is in regards to the charges on my Credit Card.
The charges on my account till date is some where around 4* which I got intimated last week and I’m ready to either pay it full or go for a settlement. I got a call from a person named Deepak Nagar( 8287660859) from HDFC asking me to make an immediate payment. I told him at this point of time it is not possible for me to pay in full so, but I assure him will make the payment by 10th of May which I will try to make it full or split it into installments as at this point of time I’m bankrupt and its not possible for me to arrange such a huge amount in such a short notice which he didn’t agree on and in-spite of having my number he keeps on calling other people associated with me like my office colleague, their parents their sisters who do not have to do any thing with me.
Then I spoke to him and asked not to call any one except me but still he keeps on doing this thing saying no one can stop me from doing this. He is pressurizing me to make at least a payment of 5000/- or 10000/- by tomorrow or there will be a warrant issued against me. I wanted to settle it out asap so I told him( not committed) that I will try my best to make some payment asap but if not then you can collect a Post dated check from me for 10th of May 2015 which he agreed for.
Unable to make the payment out of some emergency I contacted the HDFC Credit Card Customer Service to make sure this thing is on record that what exactly has happened, they assured me that there won’t be any more calling done to others and some one will contact me from the recovery department to get it settled. Application reference number - 15111520320 .
Today ie 22/04/2015 I got another call from Meenakshi from HDFC saying that this thing will be settled now, then again I spoke to Sayeed from HDFC recovery agent and as per our conversation we mutually agreed to pay the amount in full by converting it into installments and he will be sending some one to collect the post dated checks by Friday and I have to make a payment of 10000/- every month, where in my first payment will be done on 10th of May 2015 which we both agreed for.
After this conversation I received another call From Deepak Nagar and he started threatening me and took this girl Meenakshi of Conference call and then the entire situation is in his favor and they both denied for the commitment I have made with Sayeed. I’m into night shifts so I’m not available during day time before 3pm. when I woke up I got to know that this person Deepak have created a blunder. he not only called my family members and threatened them by abusing and says that the cops are searching Ankita Sharma but aslo my parents will be behind bars. There is an atmosphere of terror with in my family which I don’t know why this person is creating unnecessarily when I’m ready to make the payment. Then again I spoke with Deepak Nagar requesting to kindly stop this, but he started abusing me and we end up fighting over phone. He told me do whatever you can, no one in this HDFC bank can stop him and then I asked him for the settlement, he again refused it.
I’m in depression, my entire family is in depression and we don’t know what to do and how to deal with this monster. In-spite of speaking with the customer care agents and many people from HDFC bank I’m not getting a solution for this. From all this incident I got to know that there is no hope left, and your employees are the worst employees I have ever seen who are illiterate and don’t know how to talk to a lady. This is core mental harassment out of which I may commit suicide if this thing wont stop and I don’t get a solution for this.
I request you kindly take action against Deepak Nagar and also I request you not to involve any one in this matter as you have my direct number. You can contact me directly and if I did not attend your call may be at that time i’m not available but I assure you that will call u back. Best time to reach me is 3.30 pm till 3.30 am. Its my humble request, Kindly look into this matter before it’s too late as I’m in no condition to get more harassed by your people.
