I have been using HDFC All Miles Visa Card for the last 1 year. It has been a pleasant addition to my wallet. The use of Credit card by average income class has often been debated as a boon or bane, but the whole perspective of having credit card should be the comfort which it provides while transacting at various shopping outlets. Having said that, I would like to rate the acceptability of HDFC Credit cards as 5 out of 5 keeping in mind other service providers as competition benchmark. In the aftermath of demonetization it has become quite relevant to have plastic money in your wallet.
Being associated to Sales & Marketing I will highly recommend HDFC All miles card to people of my kind who travel a lot.Fuel Surcharge waiver and Priority pass in Airport Lounges is a huge incentive for me. My credit limit is 3 times my monthly salary which makes it a reasonable liquid asset to carry along in case of emergencies when you can’t afford to queue up in front of ATMs.
To summarize:
Pros -
Good Reward Points and Easy conversion
Very Good customer Service - Helpdesk/Assistance counter in almost all branches
No unnecessary charge Deduction and prior intimation of Due payment
Very Low minimum payment
Cons -
Priority Pass comes separately, you have to carry it along with your credit card to get access to international lounges.
Customer Service people will always bother you with opening a Savings Account in HDFC(if not already open)
