I enrolled for the HDFC Smart Pay (Credit Card) service from the month of 1st August 2005 for the payment of LIC premium.
HDFC collected the amount (Approx Rs. 10, 000) from me in the month of December for the LIC premium payment. I was surprised to see that excess amount was collected from me instead of the said amount.
But when I enquired from LIC I was stunned to know that no payment was made to them. I called up HDFC and spoke to Nilaesh Kulkarni (Assistance manager) and asked about the same. He replied that he cannot do anything about this and to resolve the issue I need to contact LIC. I again enquired at LIC office on 20/01/2006 and learnt that payment was still unpaid. The last date of premium payment is on 28/01/2006 and still the matter is not resolved.
I made number of calls to your call center and continuously asking them to look into the matter, but all in vein. These were the calls I made to them

The main point here is that HDFC has already collected the premium amount from me, but seems did not make the payment to LIC. Moreover, repeated call to your call centre is not helping me at all.
I am sick of their disgusting service and want to teach them lesson. Can anyone provide me legal action that can be taken against him.
It’s been worst experience when it comes to smart pay. Already I had written review on same. To those who are reading, its my advice that not to go for HDFC credit card in any situation.
