On 6th May when I was in office, I received a call from my father at 1 pm, he called me to inform that a call was received in his number from hdfc bank 02039523856 for me from a lady named wahida regarding the credit card payment that I have to pay which is over due from the past two month.
I was in the state of confusion because I had a clear dues for every month, so I called on that number to know more, the moment I called lady named wahida started shouting and using abusive words and was saying I switched off my phone and now when I called your father so you are calling blah blah, also threatening me that you will be in jail if you will not pay your dues, I decided not to talk to such illiterate employee of hdfc instead put a grievance mail to the senior management who handle credit card division.
So I mailed and reported the issue, later a day I received a mail from rajesvari jayasekar(dupty vice president service quality credit card) stating we are looking into the concern and will get back to you in 7 days, a day later I received a call from ashish( must be a brance manager of bund garden pune), he was saying we received your complain so needed some details from you to verify, he started stating that you have credit cards ending 3386 I said yes, then he said you have another card ending some 7118 or something I dont remember, I said no I dont have, then he asked my dob, pan card, address etc etc to verify if it is me or someone else, none of the information matched for that credit card, only name was same as he stated, he apologies and was saying that you will receive a detailed report of the resolved issue later a day.
Since then I am waiting and no reports yet received, I am not a new credit card user I am using it from the past 4 years, without any issues, I am now worried about the continuation of credit card with hdfc bank because I dont have any trust with them with the response they have showed,
