I have an HDFC bank silver visa card. It was the first I ever had n still have it. Been around 3 years now n I must say I am very happy with it.
Let me get to the pros first :
If u have an HDFC bank account, u can directly pay for it online using the netbanking facility.
u can also link it to ur hdfc bank account n c the card dtails online (last bill, unbilled transactions, etc.) The auto pay facility when u link it to ur bank account is optional.
The service is good. I’ve never had any problems so far so dont really know how good is the disaster management at the customer care. But then not havin any problems at all is what counts more.
The reward points that u get are decent too. They send the gifts to u in good time.
They do not charge u any surprise fees.
Their account statements reach u in time. U can also opt for havin the statements to ur mail ID.
Well I dont know what I could ask for more in a credit card. Its good!
Cant really think of any cons. Never had any problems with my credit card. Neither would u just as long as u pay ur bills on time.
