I had faced an issue on a commitment given on waiver of Finance Charges & Late Payments from Ms. Aditi - Customer Service Executive which was backed up by Mr, . Siddique Shaikh - Manager supporting and declining the assurance with very lame excuses that the calls at the helpline are not recorded.
Can some one tell me how is that possible at a banking sector when all prompts even at a cellular company gives the information about call being recorded? WEIRD ISNT IT?
However post escalating the case a Senior Manager - Mr. Domanic Dsouza connected on Thursday assuring a mail to be sent on the waiver post long discussions on explaining him the commitment levels which help him change his mentality from Aditi & Siddhique.
I was suppose to receive a mail from him today even being a non business day, but still no show. I am annoyed with such a pathetic service.
