I was using HDFC card and as per my card I was eligible for EMI which they have mentioned on their site..
As you can see in attached image.. they have clearly mentioned that 12 EMI is free for sales India..
Any how, now sales India are refusing to give benefit and HDFC card people are saying its written here..
offer is still going but they can’t do anything with merchant. Merchant location is also mentioned in their list and the merchant is not giving benefit..
I think HDFC card should either remove information from their site and penalize merchant.
