I use hdfc bank money banck business credit card. They put unnecessary charges. Bank app does not clear shows and update about the amount left to be paid till the last day and I have to pay roughly to avoid charges. Bank executive says update is very slow and they are working on it. It’s very difficulty to calculate outstanding. I have activated auto-pay but it deducts only minimum amount and not full, I aske bank many times to deduct full amount in auto-pay through bank vist and on email, but nothing happens. I have to take care myself and always fear about the bank penalty charges and therefore decrease in my CIBIL score. Poor hdfc service and lots on bugs in credit card details, I these are tricks of bank to fetch money. Apply for deactivation. It never happened with my sbi credit card, govt. company is a bit slow in issuing card but is also good and fair.
