Beware of their Lucrative Fraud Marketing promo’s.
I got a promo leaflet along with my bill which states that if I buy mobile from any Mobile store out let in mumbai I am entitle for 2.5% cash back ( Max rs.300 ) in my following bill cycle, when contact for the same The representative was not aware of any such promo!!! after giving they 100 referances, they agreed that they had such promo but they have no right with regards to cash bach and the cash back has to come from the marketing department, hence they forwarded the request to the marketing department,
After rigorous follow up for 4 Months now they claim that they can not give any cash back
because even though I have bought the mobile from Mobile store as per the promo, the transaction was not carried out on HDFC swipe machine
Let me tell you no such Condition was mention on the promo’s.
Knowing this part I had clarified this with the mobile store personal he claimed that it is HDFC machine, I don’t have the supporting as I don’t have the charge slip to proof the same .
