I was issued credit card business Regallia card without my application. They started charging annual charges immediately. They have delayed closure of credit card for their bred and butter through annual charges. I have suffered a lot for closure of credit card.
They are not approachable over phone easily . Those who lift the phone don’t know any thing.
Overall it is very bad experience of a credit card . Star rating should also give 0 star.
