I have got call from two three times from HDFC credit card requirement by the executive. Two time I have hand over the required document to executive but no body call me back for further process.
My opinion about HDFC credit card provider branch that if they unable to provide the credit card they should call back the customer and provide the information if he is getting the credit or not, if he is not getting the credit what is the reason behind that? so that second time he can complete that desire formalities and get the HDFC credit card.
