No matter how attractive their offers are, their customer care service sucks.Firstly they dont have a toll free customer care no.
Secondly they lack so much in staff, that it takes around 15-20 minutes of waiting time to talk to them. Moreover they dont have any mechanism to inform their customers of their waiting no in queue. Their customers have no option, but to wait in frustration for long duration. To add to the frustration, their customer care staff arent patient enough to solve customers queries, they may drop your call anytime during conversation.
If you are like me, who dislike unprofessional ism then dont go by this bank. My experience with this bank has been very frustrating.
