I have a family floater plan with hdfc ergo under medisure classic insurance since 3 yrs.
unfortunately my 4 yr old had to be hospitalised due to complications of hi fever.
the insurance company replied promptly and processed the claim as promised. Truly cashless.
Even during the discharge there was no delay in releasing the funds.
Thanks to HDFC Ergo I only had to worry about my son’s health and nothing else.
I will be increasing the sum assured from next renewal onwards.
