As i am customer of HDFC Ergo with motor car policy from 19th april 2015. My car has accident on 14th may 2015 and i inform to hdfc for the same on 14th may 2015. Respected person given me surveyor no. And i submitted all regarding documents
When my car was ready from repairs and i asked for claim to your concern person, your authorised person told that claim is refused to pay due to i have not maintained ncb when purchase of policy.
Its fact, i have purchased policy on line and my intention was not as i can cheat to your company or i can get benefit from company, it was by mistake and forgot claim from last policy(bajaj allianz).
