I have purchased policy from HDFC life standard on 07/01/2016 but annual premium has been deducted on 17/01 through Cred824it card account. All the required documents had submitted to Hdfc life, onlinequery@hdfclife.com, online documents@hdfclife.com & WA number .
Even docs has been submitted multiple times they keep asking to submit these docs on multiple times.
Even after that also policy was not activated till 15 Feb 2016.policy.
So on 15 Feb 2016 submitted cancellation request at hdfc bank branch, where CR mAnasultanger stated that within 10 working days amount will be reverted to card.
Till now the amount 10700 has not been Cred824ited but just got confirmation from customer care that only 9045 will be refund as remaining amount has been deducted for stamp & medical charges.
My complained is policy has been cancelled due to third class service from Hdfc life standard for which customers should not be charged.
