When u are explaining a customer over the phone about an insurance plan you must be prepared to handle the customer about the customer requirement it is not a proper way when I get a call from you end by your executive started explaining the plan with proper greeting do u come only for business and not customer requirement, Suddenly u started explaining your policy a customer feels a fish out of water, I mean to say in which the executive has done his homework.and when I open the internet and started inquiring your executive is now fish out of water and finally while chasing she surrenders and throws a open ended question when will I send the executive.God! trust me this is the worst service first u kill my time blundering about plans of your choice and now you will again send another executive, Please educate them about policy yes we need a insurance policy, However they should be informative .because once I will be interested second time I will be a hopeless.
