I faced a very bad experience with HDFC ERGO Travel Insurance Company because of their bad behaviour with their customers.
Even they talked with me roughly when I denied to make settlement with them.
There policies were so fake and unuseful.
I immediately moved to cancellation of the insurance.
There was no range of plans available with them and the claim settlements they were demanding was out of my hands.
I didn’t liked the staff’s attitude and their behaviour with other clients too.
Overall bad experience.
