I have not applied for any life insurance but have a deduction of 5033rs in my bank account. It says **SI HDFC123707536 Life Insurance-03-07-15** I called 10 different people 3 different numbers all keep telling me to contact different people or visit their branch. Now I called again they asked me to send a Email to onlinequery@hdfclife.com after all this pain I took to call all these people for hour+ its just a **onlinequery**. You people are worst at service.
BECAUSE OF THIS DEDUCTION MY OTHER HDFC EMI GOT DELAYED. I WANT YOU TO SETTLE THAT ALSO WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
THIS IS COMPLETELY YOUR FAULT.:(
**On 3rd July mailed onlinequery@hdfclife.com and Informed them about my concern.
4th July they wanted me to give them my bank statement.
12th they again ask me for Application or Proposal Number which I dont have in the first case as I have been telling them that I have not applied for any Insurance.
13th I have sent them a stinker.
15th they have mailed back saying they looking into this issue need some time.
24th I have sent a mail again asking them to respond.**
27th I have sent a mail again asking them to respond.**
