I am dissatisfied by the service of Hdfc life insurance
I didnt receive a medical test call even 10 days after the payment of premium
I called the customer service department then only they informed about medical test and I told them to book my test on 06/06/2015, 8:30 am
I didnt receive the medical test email till now which I supposed to provide at the l diagnostic centre on Saturday i.e on 06/06/2015
Now they are asking how do u rate us? by sending an email. Thanks for the Great support
I am thinking to cancel the Hdfc policy I have already seen the reviews before on mouthshut.com, I have to pity myself and I wonder how the claim settlement will be made with this kind of support.
