I have had a very bad experience with HDFC life.
It’s been 42 days since surrender of my policy. Still no payment. Only a string of excuses.
"We will get back to you soon"
"We are looking into it"
"Please send your details" (after sending details at least 15 times)
Etc etc etc.
All HDFC Life branches have been vacated. I went to four of them so far all vacated.
The helpline only goes to recorded message.
No rely for mails
No one comes on chat.
I posted on their facebook page, got only a standard reply back.
I saw hundreds of people on Facebook page with same problem.
HDFC Life has no face. No human one can talk to.
I strongly suspect this company has shut down operations.
Yet they are collecting money!!!
