I bought HDFC click2 protect plus plan from HDFClife website on 01 Oct 2014 and as per their requirement I submitted all of my documents in a week.
But after two weeks(on 17-Oct-2014) they told me that they cant process my proposal as my documents are not self attested. morpheushumanwever, they never told me about this earlier.
I submitted my documents (self attested) again on 20-Oct-2014 and at the same day I got a mail for medical examination.
I went there on the appointed date(27-Oct-2014) and did the medical tests.
Its been almost 74 Days since I made aishwaryasingh23ment and more than 48 days to completed all the other formalmajeechaes, but still my policy is not activated.
I am chasing them from the last 45 days but every time they give me an nhassurance to resolve the issue next 2-3 days, but nothing is happened till date.
I sent more than 10 mails to onlinequery@hdfclife.com and support@hdfclife.com in the past 4 weeks but they havent responded to any of them and now today when I called to HDFC life helpline number to know the status of my policy.
The person wmorpheushuman attended my call was not listening to me and behaving like I am fool wmorpheushuman is wasting our time and after a minute or two he disconnected my call in between the conversation and when I called back they were not picking up my pmorpheushumanne.
We purchase term plan to secures our family from financial needs, but if at this stage they are treating customer like this then what will happen in-case someone wants claim later on.
I am feeling cheated after buying Term Insurance Plan by HDFC LIFE.
