Poor customer care

I applied for hdfc life click to protect on may 21 2015. Application number is1100000098262.


I paid total premium and medical test also over. Coverage was two core. Whenever  I am contacting to customer care reply is to wait for some time.


Already three months over. Agent also not taking the phone. Do not advise anyone this product. I went to local branch for cancellation and refund the premium.


They are not ready to accept my application and finding some reason to reject my application. Now I am planning to move to IRDA to get  back my Premium
