This is with reference to my proposal application 1100000089759 for HDFC Life Click to protect plan which I applied for in the month of 19th May 2015. I had paid an amount of Rs.9716.00 towards the premium for the policy.
However, at the proposal stage, I and my husband( he too applied for one) both decided to cancel the application at proposal stage due to incorrect information and unsatisfied responses from the HDFC Life insurance team. The proposal stage itself to HDFC Insurance Executive Vivek Bhadoria( m) 9986813444 on 28th may 2015. However, I still haven’t received the refund of amount Rs. 9716.00 paid towards premium for the application for HDFC Life click to protect plan. It’s already been more than 2 months since; it is pending with your organization. Every time, I call up the representative Mr. Vivek, I get to hear a new excuse. I am completely disgusted with the response and delay from HDFC Life and is running out of patience now.
