Most pathetic bank I had ever seen. For a secured home loan that too balance transfer they took 4 months’ time for sanctions and disbursement(meanwhile collected hall a lot of documents). For this loan they forced me to preclose a personal loan of 10 L as they claim my salary limit not sufficient for emi. Then the next phase is the worst they reported late payment in cibil for 1555 short payment which was supposed to be deducted by them in Nov emi but they didn’t. They just sent SMS a day before the Emi date about pre-emi amount due so I thought they will deduct full amount, but they deducted 1555 less and have reported as default in spite of repeated complaints and social media posts they denied changing the cibil records sayings it’s my mistake. How the hell will it be my mistake that once I had given standing instructions for emi deducting I had to again keep track of the payments? I had maintained sufficient funds for any emi to clear. But now they destroyed my cibil and even after getting the payment in Dec they’re not updating the cibil as I had decided to go for other bank. Mostly will file a case for the psychological harassment I went through. Recklessly their staff is replying that they are right indirectly telling me to change the bank. With a score of 790+ and a clean cibil record for more than 7 years I fell prey to these guys with cibil dropping to 755 that too still showing overdue of 1555 even though they debited it on Dec 10th 2023
