I had the worst experience of my life so far with HDFC’s so called QuickRemit service. I had ordered a money transfer from USA to India on 23rd July, 2011.
It is not completed till today on 3rd August’11.
The ACH debit from my US A/c was done on 8/1/11. Till then they went on verifying the mobile # of myself & the beneficiary.
They have reached in 8-10 days.
