Delay in Maturity Information Letter

My Policy No. 10814640 has been matured on 20/12/2016 and till date I have not received maturity information letter instead of many requests and my services request no is’HDFCSL=002-808-085’ Policy No. 10814640.


I have also send the issue to escalation1@hdfclife.com but no response, So now I am thinking of going to IRDA with my issue. Below are the series of mails that I have written and received from service@hdfclife.com starting from 16/12/016.
