Every time you walk in there is a very rude fat receptionist. Don’t know how people are tolerating her till now. She is very rude almost all the time I have seen her. People go there to get good service and relax, but she makes it the opposite.
I hope they give her some training or just observe how she deals with customers.
Once you cross that reception everybody is good in their Job and manners!
No doubt there are some very good hairstylists but who would like to go to them if they can have good hair services elsewhere with people happy to receive them. It is not only about business, It looks and feels good if you have a conversation that is pleasant and not stressing at the door!
