This is my personal experience. I am a student, and travel a lot. Play football etc. So lots of dust gets settled on my scalp, And my hair is starting to get rough.
This caused dandruff and started causing itching.
My friend recommended me head & shoulders.
I started using this anti dandruff shampoo and felt like my hair is becoming thin and the dandruff is still present
I thought it might take tym but the shampoo didn’t work.
After few weak I changed my shampoo. And there are positive changes now.
Would not recommend it to people with thin hair, as it might cause hair loss
