I had gone to the store in Katriguppe to try on and Purchase a liquid lipstick and concealer. My skin shade is difficult to match and I have found very few shades of lipstick or foundation /concealer that look natural on me. The assistant seemed very helpful but kept pushing the shades that she wanted...I didn’t want or like them... She swatched them on her skin which obviously looks different! Other brand reps forcibly swatched their products which was at least 5 shades different on me! They are not helpful at all!! I don’t know how they are professionals when they can’t even do a basic assessment of what the customer wants instead of forcing products to sell! I ended up feeling bullied into buying a shade I completely regret now... Even the feedback I got is that it doesn’t look good! They don’t listen and don’t care what the customer wants, unless you already know your shade and formulation, better stay away!
