I am a regular customer of Health & Glow but this is for the 1st time I have received such a poor customer service experience.
The best thing about Health & Glow is you can pick up things of your choice without any support as everything is kept in display. But with the cosmetic items such as lipstick kajal liner of different brands you need support from the ladies who are are alloted to different brand to show us the tester.
The specific branch which I am talking about doesn’t have supportive girls to tell us what is required, we were forced to pick and check things from different counter on our own and had to wait for the girls to come to the counter to tell us about the price and color range.
Normally in all the other branches of Health & Glow the girls are supportive enough and assist you in making choice of the product, but not in this branch.
I have planned not to visit this branch again, although its the closest from my place.
