When you suffering from jaundice.

Are you suffering from jaundice then you can follow the some useful tips because this dreadful disease based on your lifestyle, I think you will understand what I’m saying so follow this diet plan except your treatment.


7: 00a.m.- Early Morning: - A glass of Luke warm water with half lemon and one teaspoon honey.


9: 00a.m.- Breakfast: - Fresh fruits/ fresh fruit juice and one glass of tonned milk.


12: 00p.m.- Ist Interval: - Orange or Carrot juice.


2: 00p.m.- Lunch: - Boiled vegetables/ Salad/ wheat Tortilla and one glass butter milk.


5: 00p.m.- IInd interval: - 1 glass of coconut water/ fresh fruit juice.


8: 00p.m.- Dinner: - vegetable soup, boiled vegetables with half lemon and wheat Tortilla


10: 00p.m.- Before sleep: - 1 Glass tonned milk with jaggery or honey.


-Vegetable juice and soup. ( Beetroot, carrot and tomato) .


-Fruit juice. ( grapes, lime and pear) .


FOOD ESPECIALLY BENEFICIAL: Lime water, pear, lemon, barley water, coconut water, sugarcane juice and Raddish leaves juice.


FOOD ITEMS WHICH HAVE TO AVOID: fried or fatty food, any type of butter, non - veg, meat, fish, tea, coffee, pickle, pulses or spicy food.
