How to stay healthy

We can say to be healthy is the best gift of God , A person staying with a healthy life will never be discourge in whatever fields he/she would face. So, a very simply way to be healthy is to wake up early and exercise youself. It doesn't mean that you should have to spend money in buying power rack, bar bell, pulley etc. You just have to wake up early and walk/run around 30 mins which will help you to eat more and the more you eat the more healther you will become.See guys you will all have noticed that the one who eat more are obviously a healthy person. So, to eat more you should have to exercise daily and to keep youself clean. No matter what you eat you should have to eat more and clean food. One might say we also need money to be healthy to eat delicious food and eat plenty . We actually don't need delicious food to stay healthy or to eat much more, you just wake up early exercise everday you will automatically eat a lot more and always keep youself clean.
