Me and my sister are really thankful to Health Sanctuary for having transformed our lives completely. I was almost 20 kgs overweight and my sis weight 78 kgs at a ht of 5’2’’. We literally were just leading a mundane life in our family as my sister wasn’t getting along well in her in-laws place. She mostly used to stay at our house only. Then I decided to join Health Sanctuary, more so to give company to my sister... I must admit that was the best decision of my life... As we started losing weight, our enthusiasm to lose more and more, competing against each other gained strength.
We started socializing more and our confidence started to sky rocket reason being the no. of compliments that we both were getting and the looks of awe that we used to draw from our relatives and friends. I lost a whopping 16 kgs and my sister 18 kgs. She literally became so trim that her in-laws couldn’t believe it was the same Anupama who had been so fatso a month before. Now they are eager to be in her company and her visits to our house have reduced.Though we would have loved her to be with us, but me and my mother are happy that it was because of me that she could lose her weight and find a respectable position in her house.
We really owe all this happiness to Health Sanctuary.
